GreenVoyage2050 to support Georgia pilot projects

The IMO-Norway GreenVoyage2050 Project and the Georgia Maritime Transport Agency are holding a special event (in-person) on Thursday, 2 March 2023, 10.00 a.m.to 4.30 p.m. in Batumi to identify practical opportunities to reduce emissions from shipping in Georgia. The event will bring together interested potential project partners in Georgia and allow them to learn more about the GreenVoyage2050 Accelerator and how it can support the development of potential pilot projects.

The event is open to Georgia maritime stakeholders, with leadership and ambition to reduce GHG emissions, and in particular, forward-leaning shipowners/operators and cargo owners, registered/owned/based in Georgia.

To register your interest to participate in this event, please complete the registration form by Friday, 24 February 2023. Further information will be sent to those invited and confirmed to participate in the event. There will be no remote participation.
